What mask do we offer? Behind which do we hide? Do we get to choose it or only wished we did? Are we rebelling against what society supposedly expects of us, or confirming to it, or simply role-playing? Will our freedom prevail over the limits set by our own culture?

Through a series of self-portraits, Fab Rideti plays with our attempts at coming forward to others. Mixing humor and provocation, she invites us to wonder about who it is we are looking at and how distorted that image may be.
